CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS 2024/2025

Monday 16th to Friday 20th December 2024

If your regular medication / repeat prescriptions, Social Welfare Certs (SWC) and Notes for Work (NFW) fall due during the Christmas period, please request before Friday 20^th of December to ensure you receive them on time. Please note: no Admin letters or Forms will be processed during the Christmas period.

We operate with reduced staff during the Christmas/New Year period so everyone can have some time off during Christmas. Therefore, we provide appointments for ‘urgent only’ issues for the few days between Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We ask patients to please make appointments for routine issues before the 24th of December or after 1st January.

We would like to wish all of our patients, their families, carers, and friends a very happy and safe Christmas and a peaceful New Year. We thank you once again for your kindness, consideration, cards, gifts and good wishes in the past year.

Christmas & New Year Opening Times:

Monday 23rd December 2024 – OPEN 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.30pm – 5.00pm Urgent appointments and prescriptions only; no SWC/NFW, forms, letters or other admin.
Tuesday 24th December 2024 – OPEN 8.30am – 12.00pm STRICTLY URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December 2024 – CLOSED

Friday 27th December 2024 – OPEN 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.30pm – 5.00pm STRICTLY URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

Monday 30th December 2024 – OPEN 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.30pm – 5.00pm Urgent appointments only.
Tuesday 31st December 2024 – OPEN 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.30pm – 5.00pm Urgent appointments.

Tuesday 2nd January 2025 – Open for appointments from 8.30am

D-Doc is available each evening from 6pm onwards and 24 hours at the weekend, and on public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day, St Stephen’s Day. New Year’s Day) for URGENT GP appointments. (Please respect that D-Doc is an urgent care GP service). D-Doc number: 0818 22 44 76
